About the Event
World Music Café returns to the Mandurah Arts Festival this year, once again bringing a spectacular program of international performers, alongside a sumptuous three-course meal.
World Music Café – a popular music event playing to sold-out audiences across Perth – brings two exciting performances to Mandurah audiences for this one-night-only event.
Australian Moroccan musician Julian BelBachir's Sahara Space Station will blend traditional Saharan and sub-Saharan melodies with modern production to entrance audiences.
Salama, a dynamic ensemble from the Indian Ocean Islands featuring singers, dancers and instrumentalists, will perform Maloya, the traditional Reunionese music and dance style born from slavery.
The World Music Café ‘dinner & show’ experience also includes a delicious dinner by Swell Fine Food Catering that caters for dietary requirements. Tickets will sell fast, so get in quick so you don’t miss out on this incredibly night of multicultural music.
